Facing Destiny is a clubhouse that offers supportive services to our kids to enhance their educational, vocational and social skills. Our ideal candidate for services are youth ages 12- 17 that are in the early stages of experimenting with alcohol and drug use; decreased in school performances, behavioral problems with school or the juvenile justice system.  .

Facing Destiny offers meaningful engagement that fosters an environment that will build self esteem and develop the skills needed to avoid risky behaviors as they encounter the challenges they face in school, home, and in the community.

The curriculum is customized to youth experiences including behavioral problems at home or school; self esteem issues; depression; anxiety; anger management;  substance abuse prevention education; grief & loss; health & nutrition; developing healthy relationships; and coping skills.

We acknowledge the high risk of the drop-out rate with this population; therefore, we are dedicated to providing GED preparation, college and career development to increase their opportunities to obtain gainful employment

We are committed to building healthy families and communities.  We are dedicated to building relationships with Paulding County School System, Paulding County Department of Juvenile Justice, Paulding County Department of Family & Children Services and other community agencies.
